Work At Home Agent Jobs

Question: Can a person receive unemployment benefits if they have a work at home job?

Situation: Worked full-time (40 hrs w/benefits) for a consulting company, but recently laid off, and working part time as a independent contractor(work at home – very part time <10hrs) and Real Estate agent(only 1 sale this year), and currently as a PRN substitute teacher(very part-time - 0 hours this year). Would I receive unemployment benefits? I need a full time job and advise!!

Answer: You have to report any earnings, on your weekly claim for benefits. You can draw partial unemployment, if your earnings are not over your benefit amount. But it is illegal to not report it, and if caught, you could lose your benefits entirely. Be truthful, report your earnings, if anything is deducted from your weekly claim benefits, it extends your claim longer anyway, or that’s the way it was, when I worked for that dept. for 30 years. Law are different from State to State and change faster that I can keep up with them.

Work At Home Jobs Co. Scam

work at home jobs co. scam
Question: Is the co. name Degare Electronics Inc really exist @ Italy? Is their offer a scam or not? Please HELP me.?

I received a job offer from them as a Customer Data Entry, a distance job & home base work.. I just wanna know if their offer is really true or it just one of the scams. Degare Electronics Inc was located at ITALY– 174/E, v. Camellini 40074 Zola Predosa (BO), ITALY branch — Eversbuschstr. 4117H 80779 Munich, Germany.

Answer: yeah, i received their offer too. I don’t remember sending them my application. but they know my mobile number so I answered back because at first they don’t talk about me paying them anything. It just weird they don’t ask our bank account or something to pay for our work.
anyhow, i searched their name in list of germany and italy electronic companies they didn’t appear. i guess this is scam. their website is too simple. saw this site that talks about scam http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/643979/how_to_tell_if_a_website_is_a_scam.html?cat=3

quoted: “Site Layout: Scam-sites are always a singe page, vertical scrolling site, with a single white column used to display text, pictures, and testimonials. I’m sure you’re already picturing exactly what I’m talking about in your mind. You can always bet on at least one pop-up window for another offer that is conveniently almost identical to what the site is offering, and you can also expect some type of badly recorded audio-pitch playing in the background.”

the website is too simple, wrong grammar, no company history, you cannot find their company name in search engines or company directory of germany or italy, no other links that makes a website looks legal. It’s too good to be true.
