Question: Divorce question in state of NJ?
Trying to divorce my husband..
In the state of NJ the husband and wife must live separated for 18 months in order for the separation to be legal and to be able to file the necessary paperwork.
My problem is the husband will not move out of the house. He is as miserable as I am. We rent the home from my parents and he contributes to paying the mortgage. We both pay half.
How the heck do I get him to leave? I am not moving because my parents live on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I look after my parents and my mom is the one who picks up my son from school and looks after him until I get home from work. I am her support and she is mine. So I am not going anywhere.
All of my hubby’s friends, family and job is in NYC. So he needs to get out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What do I do?
Answer: Your parents, as owners of the house, can ask him to vacate the premises. If he won’t do so, your only choice is to get an attorney to file for a legal separation. That will get him out of the house.

Question: Online money making with Google?
What is it with these things? are they real or just a big scam. Ive been to many, and They make you pay for advice. I think that you pay e.g. £1.50-£30 for advice which doesnt help and thats how these people make £££/month (scam)
I have seen a few where they sell you a google internet home business kit? what is this, I am one person not to belive this, does it? or is it another glorious internet scam?
Answer: I got nailed too. This page (www.news3insider.com/finance/google-hiring-you.html) made me think that the company “Creative Search Training” at 1(888)753-4211.
This is the company name that charged our credit card (ULTINCOMEPRO8887534211 888-753-4211 AZ).
Snopes also lists this as a scam:
www.snopes.com/fraud/employment/google.asp
So sad that unscrupulous people would take advantage of others. Especially now… considering our current economic outlook.
Hopefully others will find these posts and avoid making a mistake.

This is a part-time position. Your job will be to transfer money between our clients.
Your job will consist in the following:
Receive the check by mail
Cash the check within a business day, excluding days off
8% of the amount are left for yourself as a commission. You take it immediately
The rest of the sum is to be sent via western union to us to the address which will be mentioned in the e-mail. Transaction fees shall be paid out of the same sum.
Your schedule will be flexible. You will need to spend on average 1-2 hours per day, Monday-Friday.

Answer: You are right this is a scam ……. Check scam !
The scammer will hire you to “collect money from his clients”.
The “client” will send you a check which you deposit in your bank account. The check clears, you keep 10% and sent the rest via Western Union to your new “boss”.
The bank discovers the fraud and you are responsible for paying back ALL the money and could sadly also face criminal charges for depositing the check.
Any money you send by electronic transfer services such as Western Union and Moneygram CANNOT be recovered or traced once it has been collected.
