Question: What does this job description really mean???
I am looking for work I can do from home while off on maternity leave and found an ad for a position called:
Virtual Market Research Interviewer
What exactly is this? It was posted by a television and radio ratings company and would require reporting to a call centre supervisor. Would I be calling people on the phone? Or interviewing people online?? Or… ???
Answer: Most likely it will be polling over the phone. Outbound/Inbound calls, it’s really taking surveys.
It’s called “Virtual” because You will be using your computer to log the results and your phone to find people, rather than walking around the local mall looking for people to bug & writing it down on a clipboard…
