Question: what good Work At Home Jobs website that aren’t scams and free and pay good?

Im a wife a mother of twins and im looking for a job online that is good legit because i don’t have much experience in some of the things they ask for and im not into telecommute i did telecommute when i use to work for gc service’s. I just need some extra money to put in my account. Let me know if anyone knows of any sites thanks

There are a few legitimate data entry companies but are not hiring and have large waiting lists (1-2yrs). The majority of data entry jobs you seen online are scams. A real company will want you to have skills inc fast typing, may want you to know MS Excel, and will usually ask that you have high speed internet. Once in a long while you may found one online on a job website but thats rare.

If you do an advanced search on yahoo, you will find previous answers, sometimes the info on these is good as the info they gave is likely to have been verified if the answer was voted as ‘Best’.

Question: Which one is a better job, web designer or a software engineer.?

Im having trouble on what i want to do, i like computers and i know im going to have a job working with computers but which one is better based on income a web designer or a software engineer, i like how web designers can make anywhere from average to above average income and how they can stay at home and work, but i like the versatility of software engineering because they can work on software for computers, game consoles, games, and even applications for computers (in web designing you need an application like Adobe CS3) So which one should i choose!

Answer: It depends on what you call a “better job.” Software engineering probably pays more right now with all things being held consistent….ie both have a degree, same amount of experience, corporate level job and in the same geographical area. Software engineers probably make more than most people. Web design can be quite lucrative as well if you have a degree, experience, in a prosperous region and a nice portfolio. Web designers are usually creative and eclectic. We are usually people that manage to combine creativity with technical skill. Since the web design field really is less than 10 years old it will probably also explode to where software engineering has been for quite some time. Software Engineers are programmers that spend lots of time looking at and tweaking code. So I guess it is whatever interests you. You also mention the versatility of a software designer but a web designer has the same versatility. We can build websites, interactive CD’s, ATM kiosks, design logos and graphics as well as create the graphics used as consoles by software engineers. I think that both are wise career choices – you should pick the wisest one for you that you will enjoy and not base it strictly on what one makes vs. the other. Good Luck!
