Question: Stay at home mom. How do I make additional income?

I am a stay at home mom of 3 (6,4, 12 months). I also work from home for my family company making about $250/week. But times are tough and I need additional income besides my husbands salary and my current paycheck. I have skills in Human Resources, Web Design and graphic design (logos and print ad, etc.) I have been bidding on graphic jobs and web design online but not getting any jobs. Anyone have any suggestions?
