I would like to know how can I start working from home in real estate.I want to attract clients but I do not know how,I wish to be using the Internet in one way that clients for secure will be calling me.
I know that the best way is been social but I have in this moment a full time job and I do not really want to leave it until have this secure,I have a family to support.]

Question: What are some good legitimate ways of making good money online?
They can be of the following, and if you know of other legitimate ways, please, mention them. These need to be all legitimate and free (where I wouldn’t pay for anything) where I can make good money at least $2000/month by not slaving like 80 hours/week. I’m willing to work around the usual 40 or even up to 50.
1. good legitimate surveys sites
2. any good legitimate type-at-home or work at home.
3. Internet business opportunities. (This is the only exception where I am willing to pay money to purchase good legitimate Internet businesses. No turnkey sites, please. The sites have to be at least 3 years established. Anything but online retail stores.Preferrably ad-contextual sites like Adsense, YPN, or others. I would also be interested in service oriented sites like selling travel/vacation packages would be great as well.
Other legitimate offers are welcomed as long as sites don’t have anything to do with physical inventory. No more owning brick&mortar businesses for me. Thanks.

Question: What is necessary to start my own consulting business?
I am a social worker and plan to compose homestudies for attorneys, individuals and government agencies. Currently, I am a contract social worker for a non-profit agency and pay taxes quarterly and receive a 1099.
People will pay me a set fee for each homestudy and I will not be their contract employee as I am for my agency. I was wondering if I should become an LLC or become incorporated, etc.
Also, what type of accounting software should I use? Should I hire an accountant to assist with this or can I do it on my own? I know I can do the LLC or INC. paperwork online with the Secretary of State. Also, what about a DBA ?
I want to make sure that I do this the right way and not skip any steps or get myself in trouble with the government. Any help is greatly appreciated!
