Question: What would you suggest?
I’m 24 and live at home with my parents. I’m tired of living at home and I think it’s time to move out.
I live out in the country and there is a town I am in love with that is 20 miles away. No business districts. Only houses and a church. very small. Old ladies I know live there. That way if I move there I can work at a ranch, be in between two larger towns with more opportunities to socialize and stuff.
I tried looking online for homes to rent and there are none for either city. What do you suggest? Ask everyone I know including that old lady I know?
What if one of them asks if I want to move in with them? Should I take the offer? Suggestions please thank you! =)
Answer: As a person who owns several rental properties in small towns. I believe asking everyone you know there would be the best idea. Especially the older residents, they usually know everyone in the small town they live in. I don’t suggest you move in with another mother.
