Question: work from home advise?

im looking to go back into the workforce… i use to work for healthy start program in Miami Florida.i know general office work and i have great Customer Service skills. friendly, responsible and organized.. i’m currently taking a medical terminology course online.i love the medical field. i use to work in medical records in a clinic in miami..does anyone know where i may find a work from home job that is not a SCAM and doesnt require lots of/ or no $$$ to start. my email is [email protected]…if you have any ideas . please dont hesitate to let me know.

Question: Has anyone tried out working with googlecash and benefited really?

I having been trying for a longtime to find the truly paying website for net based – work from home jobs.
Now I’ve heard about google cash and it pays you really. Is that true? anybody who has benefited can they share their experience?

Answer: If you’re referring to their AdSense program, you’d have to have a site to run ads on, and you’d get paid when visitors to your site click on the Google ads (but not just clicking for the sake of clicking). I ran AdSense ads for a while about four years ago but wasn’t happy with the content of the ads. I run a Christian website, and anyone could use, for example, “Jesus” as one of their keywords for their ad, but their site would have content that was far different from what I was trying to promote or their doctrines were significantly different from what I believe even though they used “Jesus” as a keyword. The thing is, anyone can use just about any keyword they want on AdSense whether or not what they’re promoting is accurate or mainstream. So that’s why I took AdSense off my site.

However, if you’re wanting a strictly Web-based business, you probably won’t find it just by running Google ads unless you have tens of thousands of visitors a day to your site. I was making about $2-3 a day from AdSense with about 300 visitors a day to my site four years ago, and while my traffic is up significantly now, I still wouldn’t be able to quit my “real” job at that rate even if I was still running AdSense. Keep in mind also that AdSense runs ads based upon your own site’s content, so essentially you’d be promoting your competitors if you were running a for-profit online business. I’d suggest finding a product or service you can offer from home and go that route instead of looking for ad revenue as your main source of income.
