Question: What’s the proper etiquette in this situation?
I’m 24 and live at home with my parents. I’m tired of living at home and I think it’s time to move out.
I live out in the country and there is a town I am in love with that is 20 miles away. No business districts. Only houses and a church. very small. Old ladies I know live there. That way if I move there I can work at a ranch, be in between two larger towns with more opportunities to socialize and stuff.
I tried looking online for homes to rent and there are none for either city. What do you suggest? Ask everyone I know including that old lady I know?
What if one of them asks if I want to move in with them? Should I take the offer? Suggestions please thank you! =)
Answer: See a local realtor, ask the old lady, try anyone you know (and perhaps some you do not know). Consider any offer, based upon cost, location, length of rental term. Good luck.

Question: How do I go about getting a job when I’ve been unemployed the last 3 years?
I’m a 27 year old male and the last time I worked was between 2004-2007 buffing floors at a local nursing home. I’m not gonna get into the details of why I haven’t worked the last three years, but regardless it’s time for me to get back into the working world. My main concern though is how do I explain to a potential employer that I’ve been unemployed since 2007?
I’m really in a bad spot financially right now. Even if I could just get into some place like a Costco or BJ’s stocking shelves that would be a huge step in the right direction. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Question: Anyone know any contact details/website addresses for home businesses set up by stay at home mums in the UK?
I am pregnant & my baby is due on June 24th 2007. I am very excited but am also very worried about money as once the baby is born & I am on maternity leave then we will only have my partners wage plus my maternity pay (which isn’t much) to live one. However I have done some workings out & I know we will cope. My worry is when my maternity pay runs out. I have a bit of a dilema. Most of my family live an hour away from me & the ones that do live near work themselves, therefore I will have no-one to look after my baby for me free of charge while I go back to work part time. Childcare is extremely expensive & it probably wouldn’t be worth my while money wise for me to choose this option. Ideally I would like to be able to be with my baby but earn an income also. Does anyone know of any websites/contact details of home businesses or work at home opportunities set up by work at home mums? Or any opportunities at all?
